My interest is working alongside women and minority businesses to help them overcome the fears, insecurities of starting, scaling, and sustaining a business. This journey and assignment is not about me, but it’s about all those that I can help and support. I want customers that are hungry and understand the importance of investing in themselves and are willing to put everything on the line for their business, purpose, and life. I want customers that are committed to strategy, operate in integrity, and are willing to be open. I want customers that understands accountability leads to profitability. Someone that’s not afraid to push, not afraid of hard work, and someone that is result driven.
Frustrated with the inequities for minority, women and small businesses I knew I had to support entrepreneurship. Nearly 10 years ago determined to address the adversities of the Who, What, and How’s so frequently plagued by minority businesses, while in undergraduate studies, I developed a business plan that would address the disparity of small/minority/women businesses. Based on my customer discovery with over 100 businesses that said they were struggling with business resources, NAW4 Integrated Business Solutions, LLS, was established to provide customized business management counseling and resources to empower business owners with the ability to apply appropriate conceptual business strategies. No longer will prospective business owners have to feel apprehensive about getting started, scaling or growing; or trying to identify what are their next steps!!! NAW4 Integrated Business Solutions, is the voice of businesses and it is known for:

Meet Natalie A. Williams
Natalie, formerly known for her major transformative roles as the Director of Operations for CVMSDC and Executive Director for the Women’s Business Center of Charlotte, has over 25 years of financial administration, organizational development, operational management and nonprofit experience. She specializes in assisting organizations increase productivity, drive performance and enhance operating efficiencies.
Natalie has been instrumental throughout her career in developing women and small business leadership training programs but is most widely known for transforming lives. Born the youngest of six children in a struggling family with a lot of pride, Natalie had many barriers to overcome. Although challenged because of her forwardness, being overlooked for her creativity and leadership, and stigmatized for her ambition, Natalie kept going and was determined to set others free from their own roadblocks and barriers.
Eager to create a space of equity for others, she embraced her passion and purpose for her life’s assignment to inspire, motivate, and empower those around her.
In her life’s journey she has organized various conferences, women summits, nonprofit community outreach events; has worked alongside community leaders, celebrities, civil rights icons, millionaires, pastors, business owners, City officials and more for the benefit of the underserved population.
Natalie currently serves as an Advisory Council Member for Sustainable Environmental Training (SET) and Cabarrus Center for Entrepreneurship. She is a Board Member of NXT CLT, Self-Help Credit Union, NC Black Entrepreneurship Council (NC BEC); and has received various awards and recognition.
